the hotel is in a great location. it is very close to the torget bus stop. floibanen funicular is also nearby. shops and restaurants are easily accessible from the hotel.
The bathroom shower was too small. the bathroom sink was leaking water. there was a structural problem with the installation. the toilet was dirty when i opened the toilet lid. I saw a little patch of long hair.

The location proved perfect. It was quiet at night even though many restaurants were near. The breakfast had a very good choice of options.
The gym has 3 treadmills however the a/c in the room wasn't very good.

the hotel is very close to the harbour. it is also only a short walk to other central areas. breakfast offered a good selection of cheese, meats, salmon, and cereals. the staff were friendly and provided helpful service.
the heating controls did not seem to function correctly and i had to open the window.

The staff are very nice and accommodating, especially when extra assistance is required. Mia offered particularly excellent help. the team's english is also really good, which provides ease of communication for international guests.

Edward provided me with a breakfast box despite the short notice, GREAT. A lady at the self-service laundry was quite helpful with my needs. The location is perfect, putting you right in the heart of things. The breakfast was fantastic, and the bar made AMAZING drinks!
The shower was a bit too small, and I noticed a slight leak from the bathroom sink. It seemed like a minor installation issue.
